EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) & Therapeutic Coaching Sessions

A solution-focused approach to support you to improve your emotional well-being, relieve stress and anxiety, increase your confidence and allow you to create the positive change you would like in your life.

Perhaps you are feeling held back by self-limiting beliefs, thought patterns or self-defeating behaviours? Or you may be dealing with difficult emotions and past experiences? Perhaps you are feeling stuck and would like to make changes but don’t know how to move forward?

I provide a safe space in which to explore and bring into awareness your current feelings, thoughts and experiences, to establish what it is you would like instead and what is getting in your way.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

A simple yet effective technique that involves tapping on acupressure points (like acupuncture but without the needles), while acknowledging feelings, thoughts and physical symptoms, acting to change perceptions and offering emotional and physical relief.

In addition to EFT, I draw on other therapeutic techniques as appropriate (from my ongoing training), which allows us to work with your past (where you are coming from), your present (where you are now) and your future (where you would like to be) to enable the change you would like. This includes NLP, Hypnotherapy and life coaching.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

NLP is about understanding how we create our experience of the world and how this can be changed. It provides effective tools and processes that work with the conscious and unconscious minds to resolve a wide range of issues.


Hypnotherapy is the use of the hypnotic techniques for therapeutic purposes. Through accessing a relaxed trance state the unconscious mind is more accessible and open to suggestion which will enable the positive change you would like.

 Life Coaching

Life coaching is about establishing how you feel about different areas of your life – identifying where you are and where you would like to be and creating a plan to get you there.

This approach can support you if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • Lack of direction
  • Physical symptoms
