Reflexology is a non-invasive form of therapy, which involves working on the feet or hands. Reflexology has been around, in one form or another, for thousands of years, but the basic principle of modern reflexology is that the feet and hands work as a map, or mirror, of the whole body. Points on the feet and hands correspond to organs, systems and structures within the entire body. By manipulating and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet or hands corresponding and connected parts of the body will benefit.
Reflexology is about restoring the body’s natural balance. It can help ease stress, headaches, back problems, digestive disorders, poor sleep, hormonal problems and a range of other ailments. It is a perfect way to support yourself and your body.
Why meditative reflexology?
Reflexology and meditation are natural partners. They both provide a deep level of rest. I offer a meditative form of Reflexology, which is a deeply relaxing way to reconnect with yourself and boost your body’s natural healing process.
